We will contact you and advise of any issue.

  1. If the unit is deemed to be covered under warranty it will be repaired at no additional cost.
  2. If the unit is not covered under warranty you will be asked to authorise an estimate to repair or repair at standard repair rates.

* Just like a WOF for your car, if your unit is repaired by AVO then no additioanl recalibration charge applies.

*If repapired by a 3rd party, a recalibration charge applies.

AVO will be able to carry out such standard calibration on request, contact our service department prior to sending such special requirement and we will guide you accordingly.
