Please feel free to browse our Quality Manual, which contains AVO New Zealand's policies and procedures.

If you have a complaint, please submit an Improvement Action Request form selecting from the options in the “Request Type” dropdown list, if we have not followed something in our Quality Manual.

If you have a suggestion, this can be submitted by selecting the Improvement Opportunity or Suggestions options.
