Complete the Service/Calibration form below, providing as much detail as possible. An email confirmation will be sent with a copy of this form for your records.
The Evaluation & Minor Repair charge is $150+GST, any additional repair work will be quoted after the evaluation has been completed. The price for calibrations is available on application (and is not covered under Manufacturer’s Warranty).
