The A4950 stroboscope uses three ultrabright LEDs with optical system as a source of fl ashes. The device is equipped with a colour graphic display and 3 operational buttons. Operation is very easy and intuitive. Two standard or rechargeable AA batteries are used for powering. The A4950 stroboscope can be used also as a tachometer by connecting an external speed probe.

Stroboscopic Effect

Stroboscope is used for visual inspection of rotating parts while running. Point the stroboscope on inspected rotating object and set the same flashing speed as the real speed of the object is. The object will visually stop. This way you can find loosen bolts on couplings, fragments on fan blades and so on.

Measurement Triggering

Stroboscope can be used as a trigger of your measurement instead of laser speed probe.

Useful for example during balancing if you are not able to place the reflection tape on the shaft, due to greasy environment or whatever reason.

Speed Probe

A4950 can be used also a speed probe. Just connect the laser speed probe pointing on reflection tape and read the speed directly on the A4950.

The A4910 Lubri is a maintenance tool used for monitoring and control of the lubrication process. The A4910 Lubri measures the actual bearing lubrication status and informs the operator when the lubrication state is optimal.

Application of the A4910 Lubri extends the bearing lifetime and saves lubricants.

The A4910 Lubri is simple to operate and also enables you to perform basic measurements and diagnoses of bearing condition.

Greasing Under Control

Lubri measures actual bearing vibration once the sensors is mounted on the bearing house. Keep pumping the grease and see the vibration value going down. Bearing is well greased once the value is not decreasing anymore. Extend your bearings lifetime as simply as this!

The A3900 is a simple one channel online monitoring system. Measured value is displayed on the front panel and can be transferred to the control system through 4-20 mA current loop output. Green, yellow and red LEDs informs you about the machine/bearing vibration state. The A3900 unit includes one programmable output “ALARM” relay.

The A3800 is a compact size on-line monitoring and diagnostic system. Every factory has some critical machines on which the whole production rely on. A3800 measurement setting has never been easier. Create your machinery and measurement points structure in DDS software, assign A3800 device and start the data collection. Data from the A3800 into your PC can go through Ethernet or Wi-Fi network.
